Founder of Bright Tax Solutions LLC, Cathleen Manning has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (major in Accounting, minor in Management) from Stephen F. Austin State University. She also has a Master’s of Business Administration from Mercer University. Over the years, Cathleen has held several accounting and managerial positions in with companies such as NEC America, Cox Communications, Merritt Hawkins Group, and EmCare. Cathleen’s key strengths are problem solving, time & efficiency management, and the ability to communicate complex financial issues in simple, understandable manner. Throughout her career, Cathleen has developed and implemented internal controls, written company best practices, improved profitability and company growth. When she is not at the office, she enjoys coaching track, rollerskating, and spending time with her family.

I’m Tandy Ervin, a Certified Public Accountant since 1982, specializing in tax solutions for individuals and small businesses. For the past four years, I’ve been with Bright Tax, helping clients navigate tax complexities while also providing retirement planning guidance.
With a degree in business, emphasizing accounting from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Missouri, I’ve worked in both public and private corporations in accounting and managerial roles. My passion lies in helping clients keep more of their hard-earned money by strategically leveraging IRS rules and guidelines.
